By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from RCS Pro Build via our SMS number +16194880124. Messages may include, but are not limited to, project updates, appointment reminders, service notifications, promotional offers, quote follow-ups, and other business-related communications relevant to the services we provide.
These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in RCS Pro Build's SMS messaging program and constitute a binding agreement between you and RCS Pro Build. By opting in, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to +16194880124. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive daily messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to receive SMS messages from RCS Pro Build. By submitting your phone number, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
RCS Pro Build does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a person under 18 has provided us with personal information or opted into SMS communications, we will take steps to remove that information and unsubscribe the individual from our messaging program.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
Your mobile phone number and related opt-in data will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the SMS communications described in these Terms & Conditions. We are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information and will not sell, rent, or trade your mobile information to any unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing use.
